ThermoX Origin

Origin is cold therapy without the installation. No plumbing, no fixed footprint, no contractor. Fill it, plug it in, and you are plunging the same day.

The tub is built from double-layer drop-stitch PVC with a wire-drawing core, inflating to walls 3 inches thick that hold their shape under load. This is the same construction used in high-end inflatable watercraft, not a pool toy. The angled sides mirror the Pro and Elite silhouette and support your back through longer sessions.

A 0.8HP chiller holds your set temperature automatically and filters between sessions, so the water is ready whenever you are. When you need the space back, it drains in minutes and packs into the included carry bag.

Inflate with the included hand pump, position, fill, and plug in. Most owners are ready to plunge within an hour of unboxing, with no plumbing or installation.

The chiller filters and circulates between sessions to keep the water clear. Use the insulated cover between plunges to hold temperature and keep debris out.

When you need the space back, drain through the outlet, wipe down, deflate, and pack into the carry bag. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

No duties, no customs

Your unit ships domestically within the United States. There are no import duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees to pay on arrival.

Before delivery

Please ensure clear access for delivery, as the packaged unit is large and will require two people to move into place.

Before you sign

Inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery paperwork. If there is any damage, note it on the paperwork and contact us within 48 hours.

30-day returns

If Origin is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The unit must be drained, dried, and repacked in its original packaging.

Return shipping and restocking

Returns carry a flat return shipping charge of approximately $300 and a 15% restocking fee. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your return. Both are deducted from your refund, which is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of the unit arriving back at our warehouse.

Damaged in transit

Transit damage is covered in full at no cost to you, provided it is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

1-year warranty

Covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims do not carry return shipping or restocking charges.
