Setup guide
Step 1: Choose your location
Place the tub on a flat, level surface capable of supporting a filled weight of approximately 300kg. Ensure the chiller has at least 30cm clearance on all sides for airflow. Keep it out of direct sunlight where possible.
Step 2: Connect the hoses
Attach the inlet and outlet hoses from the chiller to the corresponding ports on the tub. Hand-tighten firmly. Do not use tools. Ensure the flow direction arrows on the hoses match the port labels.
Step 3: Fill the tub
Fill the tub with cold tap water to just below the overflow line. Do not overfill. The Core holds approximately 300 to 350L depending on fill level.
Step 4: Power on
Plug the chiller into a standard UK 13A socket. Press the power button. The unit will begin circulating and cooling immediately. The Core is set to maintain 5°C. No temperature adjustment is available on this model.
Step 5: First plunge
Allow the unit 4 to 6 hours to reach target temperature from ambient before your first session. Colder ambient conditions will reduce this time.

Water maintenance
Change the water every 4 to 6 weeks under regular use, or sooner if the water becomes cloudy or develops odour. Rinse the filter cartridge with clean water weekly. Replace the cartridge every 3 months.
We recommend adding a small amount of non-foaming chlorine granules (2 to 3g per 100L) weekly to keep the water balanced. See the Water Maintenance guide for full details.
Troubleshooting
Unit is running but water isn't cooling
Check that the hoses are connected correctly and flow is not obstructed. Ensure the chiller has adequate ventilation. In ambient temperatures above 30°C, cooling performance may be reduced.
Water is cloudy
Change the water and clean the filter. Add the recommended dose of chlorine and allow the unit to circulate for 30 minutes before plunging.
Unusual noise from chiller
A low hum is normal. Rattling or loud clicking may indicate a loose hose connection or that the unit is on an uneven surface. Check both before contacting support.
Unit won't power on
Check the power cable is fully seated. Check the socket is live using another device. Check the circuit breaker hasn't tripped. If the unit still won't start, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
