Setup guide
Step 1: Choose your location
Place the tub on a flat, solid surface. The Pro holds 700L of water so filled weight exceeds 750kg. Ensure the chiller has 30cm+ clearance on all sides. The unit can be used indoors or in a sheltered outdoor space.
Step 2: Connect the hoses
Attach the inlet and outlet hoses to the corresponding labelled ports on the tub and chiller. Ensure the ozone module inline connector is seated before the inlet port. Hand-tighten all connections and check for leaks before filling.
Step 3: Fill the tub
Fill with cold tap water to the marked fill line. The Pro holds 700L. Use a garden hose for convenience. Do not exceed the maximum fill level.
Step 4: Power on and set temperature
Plug the chiller into a 13A UK socket. Power on and use the digital control panel to set your target temperature. The Pro cools from 3°C to 40°C and heats to 40°C. Recommended cold plunge temperature: 10 to 15°C for beginners, 3 to 5°C for advanced.
Step 5: First plunge
From ambient (20°C), allow 6 to 8 hours to reach cold plunge temperature. The ozone system will activate automatically during circulation to keep the water clean.

Water maintenance
The Pro's built-in ozone system significantly extends water life. Change water every 6 to 8 weeks under regular use. Rinse the filter fortnightly and replace every 3 months. Check water clarity weekly. Ozone keeps bacteria low but doesn't replace a periodic water change.
See the Water Maintenance guide for full dosing and care instructions.
Troubleshooting
Temperature not reaching target
In ambient temperatures above 30°C, cooling performance may be reduced. Ensure the chiller is well-ventilated. Check hose connections are secure and ozone module is connected.
Ozone unit not activating
Check the inline ozone connector is fully seated. The ozone unit runs on a timer. It activates during circulation cycles, not continuously. If it has not activated after 24 hours, contact support.
Water has a slight ozone smell
This is normal and indicates the ozone system is working correctly. The smell dissipates quickly when the lid is removed before plunging.
Digital display showing error code
Note the error code and contact our team via WhatsApp. Common codes: E1 = water flow obstruction (check hoses), E3 = ambient temperature too high (improve ventilation).
