Setup guide

Step 1: Delivery and placement

The Elite weighs 113kg empty. Ensure you have adequate help or equipment for moving the unit into position before delivery. Place on a solid, level surface with 30cm+ clearance around the chiller side. Do not place against a wall on the chiller exhaust side.

Step 2: All-in-one, no external chiller to connect

The Elite integrates the chiller, filtration and ozone system into a single unit. There are no external hose connections required. Simply fill, power on and set your temperature.

Step 3: Fill

Fill to the marked fill line using a garden hose or by bucket. The Elite's capacity is sized for full immersion. Do not underfill.

Step 4: Power on

Connect the Elite to a dedicated 13A UK socket. Avoid sharing the circuit with other high-draw appliances. Power on using the control panel and set your target temperature. The Elite operates from 0°C to 40°C in both cooling and heating modes.

Step 5: First use

Allow 8 to 10 hours to reach cold plunge temperature from ambient. The Elite's 3kW cooling capacity and 1kW heating element allow rapid transitions between protocols. For contrast therapy: cool to target temperature first, then switch to heat mode.

Water maintenance

See the Water Maintenance guide for full dosing and care instructions.

Troubleshooting

Unit not reaching 0°C

The Elite can reach 0°C in ambient temperatures up to approximately 25°C. In warmer environments, minimum temperature may be slightly higher. Ensure ventilation clearance is maintained and the ambient temperature is below 30°C.

Loud operation

The Elite runs at 50dB, similar to a quiet conversation. If you notice a significant increase in noise, check that the unit is level and that nothing is in contact with the casing. Rattling may indicate a loose panel. Contact support if the noise persists.

Heating mode not activating

Ensure the unit is in heating mode via the control panel (not cooling mode). The heating element requires the unit to be filled to the minimum level before activating.

Error codes

Note the code displayed and contact our team. E1 = flow obstruction, E2 = sensor fault, E3 = ambient temperature limit exceeded. WhatsApp is fastest for urgent issues.
