DELIVERY TIMES

United Kingdom: dispatched from UK stock within one working day and delivered in 5 to 7 working days.
United States: dispatched from our US warehouse within one business day and delivered in 5 to 8 business days.

Delivery is free on every order, with no additional fees at checkout and nothing to pay on arrival. US orders ship domestically, so there are no import duties or customs charges.

LARGE ITEM DELIVERIES

Due to the size of our plunges and saunas, delivery may be completed by a specialist courier or freight service.
- Delivery is typically kerbside only
- The courier may contact you directly to arrange a delivery date
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- Inspect the packaging before signing. If there is visible damage, note it on the paperwork and contact us within 48 hours

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or weather. We will keep you updated if this happens.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, email hello@thermoxrecovery.com with your order number and any photos, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
