All Thermox systems are backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects and faults in key components, including the cooling system, pump, electrical components, and structural integrity of the unit.
The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, improper setup, failure to follow maintenance guidelines, or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance.
